Naturally flavored with an infusion of organic vanilla, <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>blueberries, strawberries, or peach, the vegan, plant-based yogurt is just 150-160 calories per 5.3 oz cup and has less added sugar than most other varieties.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s3\">Cranberry-Almond Coffee Cake<\/span><span class=\"s4\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s3\">1 cup gluten-free 1-1 flour (we use Bob\u2019s Red Mill gluten-free 1-1 baking flour)<\/span><span class=\"s4\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s3\">\u00bd cup coconut flour<\/span><span class=\"s4\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s3\">\u00bc teaspoon baking soda<\/span><span class=\"s4\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s3\">\u00bc teaspoon baking powder<\/span><span class=\"s4\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s3\">\u00bc teaspoon sea salt<\/span><span class=\"s4\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s3\">\u00bc cup olive oil<\/span><span class=\"s4\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s3\">2 oz. softened plant-based butter<\/span><span class=\"s4\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s3\">1 &amp;1\/3 cups organic sugar<\/span><span class=\"s4\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s3\">1 teaspoon lemon zest<\/span><span class=\"s4\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s3\">1 teaspoon orange zest<\/span><span class=\"s4\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s3\">3 eggs<\/span><span class=\"s4\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s3\">1 container AYO vanilla yogurt<\/span><span class=\"s4\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s3\">1 &amp; \u00bd cups fresh cranberries<\/span><span class=\"s4\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s3\">1\/3 cup chopped almonds (for topping)<\/span><span class=\"s4\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s3\">1 tablespoon sugar (for topping)<\/span><span class=\"s4\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s3\">1. Grease a 10-inch round baking pan and line it with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 345 degrees.<\/span><span class=\"s4\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s3\">2. Mix gluten-free flour, coconut flour, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt in a bowl.<\/span><span class=\"s4\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s3\">3. In a standing or hand mixer, cream the butter and olive oil. Add sugar and beat until smooth. Add citrus zest and eggs, one at a time, and cream well for about 2 minutes.\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s4\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s3\">4. Add flour mixture and yogurt in three parts, starting and ending dry.\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s4\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s3\">5. Scrape into the prepared pan.\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s4\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s3\">6. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool.
